TPT Fitness LTD ("we", "us") runs www.tompetotraining.com and the TPT Studio app for its members. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We are the data controller. Contact us about anything in this policy at support@tompetotraining.com.

What we collect and why

• Account details you give us: your name and e-mail address, to run your account.

• Membership and payment information: your membership status and payment history, to give you access to what you have paid for. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details.

• Content you post: comments and notes you add in the app, and any reports or blocks you make, to run and moderate the community.

• Usage and technical information: how the app and website are used, video playback quality, crash reports, and basic device details, to keep the service working and fix faults.

• Notifications: a device token if you allow notifications, so we can send them.

• Cookies: only those needed to keep you signed in and remember your choices.

We use this information to provide your membership, which is the contract between us, and to keep the service reliable and safe, which is our legitimate interest. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Who we share it with

Service providers who operate the website, membership system and app on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions: our platform provider, hosting and sign-in providers, our payment provider, a video streaming service, an error-reporting service, and Apple's and Google's notification services. Some of them are based outside the UK; where they are, we use safeguards approved under UK law.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, in the app or by e-mailing us, your personal information is deleted within 30 days. Payment records, and technical records such as crash reports and playback measurements, are kept under our service providers' own retention policies.

Security and other websites

We protect your information with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest. Our website and app may link to other websites; their privacy practices are their own and not covered by this policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your information, object to our use of it, or receive a copy of it. E-mail support@tompetotraining.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

Our service is for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page.
