The Calisthenics Evolution Plan has Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced variations for the exercises included within the plan. This allows for your physical evolution as you progress through the difficulty levels.

There are 4 workouts within the plan to be done in rotation. You can click on any exercise to be taken to a video demo for each.

This rolling workout rotation is flexible, so can be followed by anyone regardless of how many time a week you plan to workout. Stick to the workout order and take rest days when needed.

This plan requires minimal equipment however, you will need access to a pull up bar. Beginner/Intermediate levels could also include a resistance band.
