The Dumbbell Strength Plan is a structured, written 12-week training program designed to build strength, lean muscle, and mobility using progressive dumbbell-based training.
This plan focuses on intentional loading, controlled tempo, and clear progression, making it ideal for those who want to get stronger and more muscular rather than simply completing timed workouts.
The 12-week plan is split into 3 structured phases, with 4 new workouts per phase. Load, reps, and intensity are progressed across the weeks to drive consistent strength and physique improvements.
